The first reaction from one of our enemies is, predictably, to test Obama to see if he will give in to intimidation:

Russia will deploy missiles near NATO member Poland in response to U.S. missile defense plans, President Dmitry Medvedev said Wednesday

Expect more of this kind of thing, although even I'm surprised that it only took a few hours to start.
